Theodore Austin-Sparks, also known as “TAS” or “Mr. Sparks”, was a British author and evangelist.
From 1912 to 1926 Austin-Sparks led three congregations in Greater London as a Baptist minister, working with Jessie Penn-Lewis and The Overcomer Testimony, her publication and speaking ministry.
After breaking with the Baptist Church Sparks embarked on a conference and speaking ministry which took him all around Europe, Asia and North America.
